Tools and indicators

The DBC SVL Framework and any other tool we publish identify technical conditions on historical and current price data. They do not predict outcomes, calculate risk, or manage positions. They are provided as is, without warranty of any kind.

Privacy

We collect the minimum needed to respond to you. Intake submissions go to our form provider and our CRM and are used only to handle your request. Anonymous site analytics record page views and interaction events without cookies, names, email addresses or precise location; location is coarse country and region only. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing.

Consulting and services

Consulting, AI and media engagements are governed by a written scope agreed before work begins. Deliverables are yours once paid for. We do not take custody of client funds or assets.
