De Betong started as one person's notes on markets, networks and the tools that connect them. It grew into five practices because the same discipline kept proving useful in different rooms.
What we believe
Structure before opinion.
Whether it is a chart, a token economy or a business process, the first job is to see the structure clearly. Value follows from structure. Liquidity tells you whether the market agrees. Opinions come last, if at all.
- Protect capital first. Everything else is optional.
- Say what you will do, in writing, before you do it.
- Build things people can run without you.
